The .puz file can be opened on desktop in software like Across Lite. It can also be opened in an app for iPad made by the same developer. Both are free and work very well!
If you’re using Across Lite for iPad, just navigate back to this page, tap the link for the puzzle, and it should prompt you to open it in the app.
The theming isn’t totally symmetrical, which is due to me choosing too many long words at the outset. This had a knock-on effect to the rest of the fill, creating crunchy spots and clues that are a bit of a stretch. Probably a tad too many non-English words and abbreviations. Overall though, I’m quite pleased with it.
I made it with Phil, which exports .pdf and .puz files and suggests fills as well. Invaluable, because I would have crumpled up a forest’s worth of paper trying to do this by hand.
